We listen first. Your space, lifestyle, and budget shape every decision. Detailed layouts and 3D visualisations are signed off before a single nail is driven.

Construction & Structural

Our civil team manages all structural changes — brickwork, tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, and electrical rough-in — under one roof and one timeline.

Design & Execution

Furniture is fabricated in our own workshop and installed by trained fitters. False ceilings, lighting, painting, and flooring follow the approved design precisely.

Handover & Support

A rigorous walk-through precedes handover. Our team stays on for snag fixes, warranty claims, and any post-move assistance — no disappearing acts.

How long does a full home interior project take?

A typical 3BHK full interior fit-out takes between 10–16 weeks from design sign-off to handover, depending on the scope, custom furniture lead times, and site conditions. We provide a detailed timeline at the start of every project and update you at every milestone.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. We offer a complimentary 45-minute consultation — either at our studio in Changanacherry or at your site. This gives us a chance to understand your brief, share initial ideas, and explain our process and pricing structure with no obligation.

03.

What areas do you serve?

Our primary service area covers Central Kerala: Kottayam, Changanacherry, Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Thrissur, and Thiruvananthapuram. We also take select projects across Kerala and can discuss outstation projects on a case-by-case basis.

What is your pricing model?

We provide detailed itemised quotations for every project — you know exactly what you're paying for. Our quotations cover design fees, materials, fabrication, installation, and project management. There are no hidden charges. We also offer package-based pricing for kitchens and wardrobes.

05.

Do you provide a warranty on your work?

Yes. We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on all installed work. For modular furniture and cabinetry, we pass through the manufacturer's hardware warranty (typically 5–10 years for soft-close mechanisms and drawer runners). We stand behind the quality of our work.

Can I see your work before committing?

Absolutely. We maintain a portfolio of completed projects on this website and can arrange site visits to recently completed homes (with client permission). Our studio in Changanacherry also has material samples, finish options, and furniture mock-ups for you to see and touch in person.

Do you handle the procurement of materials and appliances?

Yes. We manage the full procurement chain — from structural materials and hardware to appliances and décor accessories — as part of our end-to-end project management service. This eliminates the coordination burden from the client and ensures quality control at every stage.

08.

Can I supply my own furniture or materials?

Yes, you can supply specific items if you prefer. We simply adjust the scope of the project accordingly. We do ask that client-supplied items meet minimum quality standards to ensure the overall result meets our design intent, and we are not responsible for issues arising from client-supplied materials.
